Salmon is a great source of omega – 3-fatty acids, rich in vitamin B and provides high quality protein. It has several health benefits. Consuming salmon at least two times per week may reduce the risk of many diseases including cardiovascular disease, diabetics, and cancer.   • Sockeye Salmon fillets with skin – 2 (4 oz each)
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Less sodium soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce – 1 tsp
  • Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a dash
  • Canola Oil from spray- 1 tsp

Making the Sauce:

  • Whisk together lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and salt


  • Clean and pat dry the salmon pieces using paper towels
  • Apply the sauce over the salmon fillets & set aside for 15-20 minutes
  • Preheat air fryer at 350 deg F for 5 minutes
  • Place the fillets with the skin at the bottom & spray oil on top of them
  • Bake at 350 deg F for 15 minutes
  • An absolutely delicious honey lemon glazed salmon is ready to serve
